TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions govern the supply of any products ordered on the Jo Borkett online site. By agreeing to order a product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. When placing an order, you must register for an account on the site. Follow the instructions on how to place the order, make payment and with any relevant extra charges. All items are inclusive of VAT.
  3. Online items will mostly be priced as instore product, or from time to time, each store will run different promotions. This pricing will only be applicable to that store, at that time.
  4. Only credit card/debit card payments shall be accepted on the Jo Borkett site
  5. Cards accepted on the site, MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American express? All payments are made through a secure authentication system.
  6. We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you unless we have accepted your order by issuing a confirmation. We may at our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies.
  7. If your order has been cancelled either by you or by Jo Borkett, before we have accepted the order, then we will promptly refund and payments made to us.
  8. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact info@joborkett.co.za, or phone us on 011 462 0604, so that we can rectify the mistake as soon as possible. If the order has been processed, this might take some time to rectify.
  9. We aim to deliver the product to the detailed address given by yourself, no PO Box addresses allowed. Please use a work address if you know that no one will be available to receive the delivery, at another given address.
  10. We aim to deliver the product within 3-8 working days, from order confirmation. (Standard delivery.) Delivery will be charged at R75, for any orders under R450.
  11. Returning items, needs to be done through the info@joborkett.co.za, detailing the invoice product information, collection address and reason for return. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product, and will be at no extra charge. A full refund will be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods, as long as the goods arrive in their original condition.
  12. Delivery costs will not be refunded on items returned due to no fault of Jo Borkett. We reserve the right for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse or accept payment on any order.
